My mission is to provide a physically and emotionally supportive environment to help you move well, feel well, and live well. I have learned feeling comfortable and strong are of utmost importance. I offer a safe space for each client to find their true potential, reach their goals, and more!

With over a decade in the industry, my purpose is to create a physically and mentally supportive environment that allows each client to reach their goals and true potential.
I am a certified personal trainer, functional strength coach, corrective exercise specialist and fitness nutrition specialist. I have expertise in strength training, mobility work and welcome clients who have recently completed physical therapy and/or preventative PT work. I tailor each program to the needs of the individual and value working closely with each and every client.

At the age of 20, while earning my Psychology degree at Boston College, I became a full-time personal trainer. For four years I worked at Equinox and Boston Sports Clubs before venturing out to start my own in-home personal training business in the Greater Boston Area. I completed an internship with Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning and I am always learning and bettering myself as a trainer and coach by studying on a daily basis, earning new certifications, attending conferences, and shadowing mentors. I have experience in strength & conditioning for athletes of all ages.
SERVICES

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
With up to five people at a time, small group training is still very individualized. While everyone follows a similar program, I make modifications based on each persons needs and ensure that each person has perfect form. Camaraderie and having fun is a big part of our group training! Inquire below about available spots.
