As a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and experience as a Physical Therapy Aide I have over five years of experience working with rehabilitating injuries. Exercise progression and continuation is often overlooked upon completion of physical therapy. Not only is strength and mobility training crucial in the prevention of further injuries but also in overall daily health. I ensure that exercise continues and progresses once cleared by a physical therapist and make sure that you have fun while doing so!
