WHY I DO IT
Hello! My name is Tay and I have been a personal trainer and strength coach for over 9 years now. Why do I do what I do? I have always loved sports, having strong friendships, and doing good for others. So, I choose to devote my life career to helping my clients move better, feel better, and live better. At the age of 20, while earning my Psychology degree at Boston College, I became a full-time personal trainer. For 4 years I worked at Equinox and Boston Sports Clubs before venturing out to start my on in-home personal training business in the Greater Boston Area. I am always learning and bettering myself as a trainer and coach by studying on a daily basis, earning new certifications, completing internships, attending conferences, and shadowing mentors. I have a focus in functional training and rehabilitation as well as experience in strength & conditioning for athletes of all ages.
